Yes we offer free local delivery on all orders over £20 in the Lowestoft area. (If you are visiting and unsure if you are within this area please call and we'll be happy to help)

If your order has not arrived when you were expecting it please email the order details to harlequinsvcs@aol.com and we will look into it.

Where possible all orders are tracked and this information will be provided to you.

In the event of a lost or damaged item either a refund or replacement will be offered.

In the event of an order being damaged on delivery please email your order details and pictures of the damage to harlequinsvcs@aol.com.
