Are you open to the public?


Yes, but by appointment only. As we are an internet sales busines we do not have a traditional "shop" , but you are more than welcome to come for a browse, ask advice or collect your order. Please call 01502 573037 to arrange an appointment




Do you deliver locally?


Yes we offer free local delivery on all orders over £20 in the Lowestoft area. (If you are visiting and unsure if you are within this area please call and we'll be happy to help) Other areas may be considered for a small charge. Please call 01502 573037 to discuss your requirements.




My order hasn't arrived, what should I do?


If your order has not arrived when you were expecting it please email the order details to harlequinsvcs@aol.com and we will look into it. Where possible all orders are tracked and this information will be provided to you. In the event of a lost or damaged item either a refund or replacement will be offered.




My order has arrived damaged, what should I do?


In the event of an order being damaged on delivery please email your order details and pictures of the damage to harlequinsvcs@aol.com. We will then investigate and contact you with a resolution.




Do you accept trade enquiries?


Yes! Please email your requirements or call 01502 573037 and we will be happy to discuss how we can help you. Trade discounts and accounts are available.




I can't see the item I need on your website, can you supply it?


If you can't find the item you require please call 01502 573037 or email the details to harlequinsvcs@aol.com. Our stock is always changing so we have many items that are not listed on the website as well as an extensive list of suppliers for specialist spare parts. If we don't have it, we will try to find it!
