SHIPPING POLICY
All orders will be dispatched within 1 working day wherever possible. Should there be any delays you will be informed.

For orders over £20 you will be provided with tracking information for your purchase.

If you require express delivery please contact us for more information.

For local collection or delivery please call 01502 573037 to arrange an appointment.
EUROPEAN SHIPPING
Delivery is available for the following European countries-
Belgium
France
Germany
Northern Ireland
Portugal
Spain
Sweden
Switzerland

Deliveries will be sent via an International tracked service and you will be provided with tracking information.

Please note you will be liable for any import fees for goods entering your country. These are not included in the postage costs.

If you require a delivery to a country not listed please contact us and we will see if we are able to deliver to you.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
In the event of an order being damaged on delivery please email your order details and pictures of the damage to harlequinsvcs@aol.com.
We will then investigate and contact you with a resolution.

If you need to return an item that is not faulty please email harlequinsvcs@aol.com and we will provide a return address.
