All orders will be dispatched within 1 working day wherever possible. Should there be any delays you will be informed.
Where stated you will be provided with tracking information for your purchase.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
In the event of an order being damaged on delivery please email your order details and pictures of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will then investigate and contact you with a resolution.
If you need to return an item that is not faulty please email email@example.com and we will provide a return address.
